Continue Story (I copy and paste from internet) - Chapter 11 - 'LOVE SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING'

CHAPTER 11

Cassandra and Harry had talked late into the night whilst she comforted him and he confided in her. They had fallen asleep resting on one another on the common room couch in front of the fire. Both were lent back on the couch, Cassandra's head resting on Harry’s shoulder and her right hand resting on his quidditch toned chest, Harry’s head rested on hers with his right arm around her holding her. Unknown to them Dobby had been the house elf in charge of cleaning the common room and he had placed a blanket over their legs. The sun began to pour through the small gap in the curtains which made Cassandra stir slightly, she realised she was cuddled up against someone; her mind automatically assumed that it was Draco. It took her a moment to realise there was no way for Draco to be in her common room. She opened her eyes and realised it was Harry.

Noticing him stirring she shut her eyes quickly. Harry took a deep breath and let out a sigh as he lifted his head off hers. He realised that he had been holding Cassandra as he slept. To her surprise he didn’t move away or try to wake her, he sat there looking at the fireplace thinking. After a moment he looked at her again and rested his head near hers, she felt his chest rise slightly as he noticed the smell of her shampoo. It smelt of a mixture of flowers that Harry didn’t know the names of. Before he realised what he was doing he lent forward and let his lips brush softly against her forehead. Cassandra took this as her cue to wake up.

She took a deep breath and opened her eyes slowly. She blinked a couple of times then looked at Harry. "Morning," she whispered "Oh Harry I’m so sorry" she said sitting up a little and taking her hand off his chest. "I didn’t mean to fall asleep on you" she said looking a little worried. Harry smiled "Its ok really" he said giving her a reassuring smile. "I think I should go get changed before anyone wakes up" she said moving forward slightly on the couch which allowed Harry to move his arm away from her. As she got up she looked at him, "Harry..." she said quietly and tucked a lock of her hair behind her ear. "Did you kiss me when I was asleep?" she asked quietly. Harry’s cheeks began to feel warmer, "Sorry..." he muttered looking at her. "Thanks" she said after a moment’s silence. She smiled at him and made her way to her dorm.

Once there she grabbed some clothes from her trunk and changed quickly in the en-suite bathroom. Grateful it was a Saturday she changed into jeans and a weird sisters t-shirt. As she placed her clothes back into her trunk Hermione woke up. "Hey, you ok? I didn’t hear you come in last night,” Hermione said as she got up. "Oh I got in late, had to help Hagrid catch a Niffler,” she said with a small smile. "Did you hear about Ron?" she asked curiously as she got out of bed and over to her own trunk. "Yeah, Harry told me all about it, I hope he is ok, Harry mentioned Ginny crying, is she alright?" Cassandra asked her smile had disappeared at her question. "I’m sure they will be fine, Ginny was in shock more than anything else” she said with a small smile. Cassandra took out her school bag and left in her transfiguration book, quill, ink and parchment. She took the Bertie Botts beans from her other bag and placed them in her school bag. "I'll see you later" she said with a smile.

She had a peaceful breakfast Hermione had joined her for a little while then had gone to finish an assignment then would visit Ron; Harry had joined her for the rest of breakfast. When they entered the Great Hall an angry Ginny ran over to them. "You!" she said looking at Cassandra. "Me?" she asked confused. "Yeah you! You had something to do with this I know you did!" Ginny said angrily. Harry stood in front of Cassandra, "Cassandra had nothing to do with it" This just made Ginny angrier. "If she had nothing to do with it then where was she after dinner, where was she when Ron got attacked?" she asked glaring at Cassandra. "I was with Hagrid, I wanted to apologise for missing his lesson, ask him if you don’t believe me, I had to catch a Niffler for him. Also how dare you accuse me of hurting Ron! He has been nothing but kind towards me since I arrived here" Cassandra said using her best acting, small tears had begun to form in her eyes. "Pansy is the person you should be having a go at not me" she said quietly, her voice a mere whisper.

Harry looked at Cassandra. A small tear escaped her eye and fell slowly down her cheek. "Cassandra..." he whispered. "Excuse me, sorry Harry..." she replied as she ran off up the stairs. She ran down a corridor and made her way to the hospital wing. She wiped away her tears but continued to look upset even though she didn’t feel it what so ever. Once there she noticed Ron sitting upright in a bed in front of a window. She smiled a little as she walked over to him "How are you doing?" she asked as she stood by his bed. "Oh I’m alright, Madam Pomfrey recons I should be out tomorrow" he said smiling. "That’s good news, I brought you something" she said with a smile. She handed him the Bertie Botts Beans from her bag. "Thanks" he said with a smile as she gave them to him.

They spoke for an hour before Cassandra left. She went to the library to complete her transfiguration essay. She sat herself down at the back of the library, hidden away by a number of bookshelves. "Hey..." Draco said with a smirk as he noticed Cassandra and walked over to her. Cassandra smiled at him "You did well" she whispered.

Continue Story (I copy and paste from internet) - Chapter 18 - 'HE KNEW EACH TEAR BEFORE IT CAME – HERMIONE AND GEORGE'

CHAPTER 18

After about five minutes, Hermione stood up and walked back inside the room with George following at her heels. She seemed as if she was in a better mood then she had been when she had been told to leave the room. Ron and everyone else looked over to her and Ron smiled. “So…What memory did you use to fight off the dementor?” he asked.

Hermione flushed a deep shade of red. “Oh…Just a memory,” she replied. She looked over at George who was standing next to her and flushed a deeper shade.

“Come on Herms. What’s the memory?” Fred pushed. Hermione didn’t answer and she turned an even deeper red. Her face almost completely matched Ron’s hair color. “Was it by any chance the night you and Geo…”

“SHUT UP FRED,” Hermione said through gritted teeth.

“It is that then,” Ginny said as they watched Hermione turn a brighter red. Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Bill, and Fleur all looked at Hermione with a confused look. “It’s really not all that important. It’s just good that it helped get rid of that dementor!” Ginny said as Hermione gave her a low five.

“We need to get back dad,” Bill said as he looked at his father. Mr. Weasley nodded his head and the two of them apparaited out of the room.

“I guess ve need to leave too,” Fleur said to Mrs. Weasley. Mrs. Weasley nodded and Fleur apparaited away.

“You four can stay if you would like too but remember to bring Ginny back too,” she said before she apparaited away too.

“So…What’s this memory?” Ron asked looking at them confused.

“A few nights ago,” Hermione began, “George brought me to this wonderful beach on the United State’s west coast and we just looked up at the stars. I was extremely happy when we were just sitting there. Obviously, it was a really powerful memory because my patronus was a seal. I’ve never fought a dementor off before and so I’ve only had a seal like that once and that was when we were still doing the DA. But then, we were never fighting off actual dementors or even fake ones at that. But when I actually performed the patronus, I was the only one back there with a full fledged one!”

“It was pretty amazing,” Ginny said.

“Until she passed out that is,” Fred said.

“WHAT?!” Ron yelled, looking scared.

“After all the dementors had gone, Bill had to force her to lower her wand,” Fred said. “I mean he physically had to make her lower her wand by bringing her arm down. And then she passed out.”

“We were upstairs in her room watching everything happen from her window,” Ginny said. “It scared the wits out of mum and George when she passed out.” Ron shot his brother an angry look that everyone, but George, had seen. Hermione let out a soft sigh and looked over at Ron who was still glaring at his older brother. “It was still pretty cool how she ran out to help them right away.”

Ron looked over at Hermione and gave her a questioning look. Hermione nodded her head knowing exactly what he was asking. “How long?” he asked.

Ginny, Fred, and George gave him a confused look but Hermione just said, “A few hours.”

Ginny looked over at Ron, who now looked as if he was going to explode, and realized what he had meant. “Come on Fred and George. Let’s go get something to drink,” she said.

“I’m not thirsty,” George said.

“Yes you are,” Ginny replied as she dragged her older brothers out of the room to leave Hermione and Ron alone.

When they were sure that they were alone, Ron let out a sigh. “What happened?” he asked. “Why did you start going out with George?”

Hermione shook her head and started to pace the floor in front of his bed. “You broke up with me to not only try to keep me safe but so that you wouldn’t be tied down and George was there to listen to me and I just started to fall for him,” she explained.

Ron looked at his hands and up at his best friend. “You know?” he asked.

“You’re not the first person to break up with me to not be tied down when going somewhere,” she said as she sat down at the edge of the bed. “I love you Ron but being broken up with for that reason makes me see that we can only be…”

“Best friends,” he said with a small, fake smile on his face.

CHAPTER 81

“Viktor!” Hermione yelled as she ran over to him as he lowered to the ground. She threw himself into his arms and then looked at him and his team mates. “I am so sorry for interrupting your practice it’s just that…” She stopped and then looked down at her hands for a second, fear filling her gut. “Oh my God, we’re putting you in danger. We-We have to go,” Hermione said as she walked over to Draco, holding his hand gently.

“Hermione, we can easily help you out,” Viktor said.

“Any friend of Krum’s is a friend of ours,” one of his team mates said as the rest of the team lowered to the ground as well.

“Exactly, we can help you out,” Krum’s coach said.

“That would be great but we don’t want to put any of you in danger,” Harry said as he grabbed hands with everyone again. “It was great to see you again Krum but I guess this was just an impulse and…” he stopped when Krum nodded his head in understanding. With that, they apparaited again to an area that only he, Hermione, and Ron would recognize.

“Godric’s Hollow,” Hermione and Ron whispered together.

Everyone just stared at the little muggle village in awe; this was a place that they either had wanted to visit or would have rather seen burned when they were younger. This was the place that Ginny had wanted to go to since she was about the age of three. She had always wanted to see the old Potter house. Was it in ruins? Was it restored? She wanted to know how it was. Pansy had wanted to come here when she was only eight. She had wanted to see the place that her father had warned her about would tell her a tale of nothing but pain and suffering for the Potter family and for her family since Harry Potter had lived. Draco had wanted to go just to see what the Dark Lord had been able to do before he was dwindled down to nothing more than a parasitic soul.

Hermione stared around the little village. There were little monuments around the village for just witches and wizards to see. They marked crucial moments that had happened in the village. It told the story of the night that Wormtail had betrayed Harry’s parents and Voldemort had come to attack. The biggest monument was the Potter House. It hadn’t been restored to look amazing, the way it did before the attack. The outside had been fixed up a little bit but just to keep it standing.

Harry stopped outside of the Potter house and stared up at it. He had been there not too long ago. He started to walk towards the door. Everyone stayed back, waiting for what was going to happen. They couldn’t fully believe that they were standing out side of the Potter house. Harry walked straight into the house, up the stairs, down the hall, and into the last room on the left. The room was small and it wasn’t furnished much but it was sweet. Harry slunk against the wall next to a small chest and drawers and looked at the crib that was straight ahead of him. As he looked out at it, he could see it all over again, perfectly.

“It’s OK Harry, everything’s going to be just fine,” Lily Potter cooed to the baby who was fussing. “Everything is going to be OK. Daddy’s going to take care of everything. Just stay calm my precious baby boy.”

Before long, there was a loud crash and the bedroom door opened, revealing the Darkest Wizard of the time. “Move aside mudblood. I just need the boy,” he said as he raised his wand.

“Harry?!” someone yelled, causing Harry to open his eyes and sit up. He had moved to lie on his side in a small ball as the memory replayed in his mind. “Harry, are you OK?” Hermione asked as she sat next to her best friend. “Harry?” She looked over at her best friend and then out at where he was staring at. The crib had been his. This room had been his. It was the room that he had been in when all of this horrible mess had begun. “Harry, maybe we should get out of here,” she said.

“Yeah,” he said as he rose to his feet and began his way down stairs to where everyone else was waiting.

CHAPTER 63

“Ow,”Harry said wiping blood off his nose, sliding down the wall. He blinked seeing stars. He shook his head, a frightened Hermione was in front of him and he gripped her hand, she pulled him up and hugged him tightly. Ron stood next to her.

“Not that i’m not happy mate,”Ron said patting him on the shoulder, “but how the bloody **** did you survive that?”

“Deep down he doesn’t want to kill me,”Harry explained eyeing Draco who stood scowling his wand out, he looked concentrated, but on what?

“Keep telling yourself that Potter,”Draco chimed and Harry frowned looking up his eyes widening, Draco was hovering several metal boxes that had been planted around the building over Harry’s head. With a flick of Draco’s wrist the giant metal boxes plunged, right towards Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

“Bloody ****!”Ron yelled. Harry rolled out of the way pulling Ron and Hermione with him, just avoiding the death trap. The boxes smashed next to him, pieces of metal and wood hit him cutting his face.

“Dammit Potter you have more lives than a cat,”Draco snarled slipping into the shadows. Harry looked around wildly, wand out.

“Where is he?”Hissed Ron, back to back with Harry his wand out. Hermione had her wand out eyes wide with fright. Harry swore. His life was at stake, Malfoy was determined to kill him and nothing would stop him, last year, when Draco had tried to kill Dumbledore, it was different, his attempts were half hearted, this time, his mother’s life was at stake, and Draco wouldn’t stop until he suceeded.

“Just die!”Draco snarled, flicking his wand, a ceiling fan spinning wildly soared towards Harry.

“Protego!”Harry yelled and the fan bounced off the sheild falling uselessly to the ground. Ron swallowed next to Harry and stepped away.

“Stupify!”Ron yelled but the spell missed Malfoy. Draco snarled in rage and jumped out his fist meeting Harry’s face, tackleing Harry to the ground just hitting him. Hermione held Ron back watching eyes wide.

“’Mione! Let me go!”Ron hissed. Hermione stood holding onto Ron tight as she could watching Draco who seemed to have lost all his composure and was just hitting Harry repeatively in the face.

“Stupid!” Punch “Slimey” Punch! “Git!” Punch. “Why,” PUNCH “Wont,” PUNCH “You,” Punch, “DIE!”Draco screamed his voice cracking and he got off Harry turning away hands shaking. Harry stood up slowly, wiping the blood off his face. Draco’s wand fell to the ground.

“Look. We’ll go now, find your mother and take her to the order,”Harry said slowly. Draco turned silver blue eyes flashing dangerously, gaining his composure and he reached for his forgotten wand, which- rose on its own. Draco stared at the wand bewildered as it floated into the air, and dissapeared.

“What the bloody ****?”Draco demanded.

“You’ve lost,”a disembodied voice said. Draco paled as a floating head appeared, than, the rest of Neville Longbottom appeared looking at Draco with sadness.

“Neville,”Draco said quietly.

“You didn’t think the three of us came alone did you?”Ron said with a snort.

“Where’s your mother Draco? We can help, listen, we need to kill Voldemort’s snake. After we do that, Harry can kill Voldemort, and your free forever,”Neville said. Draco stared at him. Neville held out his wand.

“Its your choice. Your either with us, or Voldemort. Harry can hide under the invisibility cloak, Voldemort wont know Harry’s back, you kill the snake, Me and Hermione get your family out, and Harry kills Voldemort,”Neville said softly. Draco slowly, took his wand at Neville.

“You with us?”Ron asked shortly.

“The snake right?”Draco said. Neville grinned. Ron sighed and pocketed his wand.

“Big mistake Malfoy,”a cold voice hissed. Draco froze. Out of the shadows deatheaters began stepping out, their masks hiding their probably pleased faces. Bellatrix Lestrange had no mask and her lucid eyes fell on Neville Longbottom's. Neville had killed her, until Draco had gone back in time and stopped him, she had no memory of it, but Neville did. Neville gripped his wand tightly. Voldemort came out last followed by two deatheaters one holding Narcissa, and one restraining Lucius.

“You failed to kill Potter, and now, you have betrayed me,”Voldemort hissed, his bone like fingers gripped his wand.

“Stupify!”Harry yelled towards several deatheaters, but the deatheaters were faster, with in seconds Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Neville were restrained, their wands taken.

CHAPTER 21

Draco led Hermione back to the same room where they’d eaten dinner the night before. The table and chairs were gone, leaving the large room looking even bigger than it was. Draco could feel Hermione’s fear rolling off of her in waves, but he refused to allow it to unnerve him. He had enough to deal with as it seemed that Oliver couldn’t quite grapple properly with his place in their inner circle. He wasn’t a new addition, he’d been around for at least three years, after he’d been captured and he traded valuable information for his life. Even the most respectable of individuals found their morals challenged when faced with life or death and Oliver Wood was nowhere near as respectable as people had believed back when the wizarding and Muggle worlds alike were some semblance of normal. Draco had preferred his presence be as little as possible, but somehow as weeks passed his opinion on the subject had become more and more unimportant on the subject and Oliver had been given the highest regards from Voldemort himself. Not to mention Draco’s fiancé.

And it seemed that Oliver had grown even more smug for reasons that Draco suspected and he was sure Kendra, Oliver and Raquel were in on. Granger was probably inching towards the same conclusion that Draco had come to. But still, he’d never say it out loud because then it would be making it official and knowing it was official was too much for even him to withstand.

“Where is he?” Granger asked, noticing that the room was empty of all other people besides herself and Draco. She was indeed very smart. Draco wasn’t sure who she meant; the Dark Lord or Finnigan, but either way the answer remained the same.

“He’ll be here,” Draco snapped. He folded his arms across his chest and then put his hands in his pockets. Then he folded his arms again. He imagined Kendra entering the room in her familiar heart-stopping manner and wrapping her arms around him, kissing him, her ringed fingers running through his hair. But then again, it was only a fantasy and so rudely interrupted when Granger coughed and shifted her weight from foot to foot. Then he heard footsteps behind him and he knew them well, so well. He turned and Kendra’s lips were on his in a flash, just like he’d imagined.

Kendra pulled away, her hands still on either side of his face. “I’m sorry about Raquel, love. She’s….Well, I’m not sure what her problem is.” She smiled. “I’ll talk to her.”

“It’s fine,” Draco told her, knowing that for that moment it was even if he was about to watch Granger murder one of their former classmates, everything was fine. Everything was fine because at that moment, in his mind there was no way that Kendra didn’t love him as much as he loved her. Which in some ways was far too much.

CHAPTER 17

“Are you kidding me?” Shrieked a beautiful tall blonde girl.

Narcissa and Lucius shook there head in agreement. Neither could deny what their only son has done.

‘I’m sorry but yes the marriage to our son is off. He married another. There is nothing we can do.” Replied Lucius as he sat down behind his desk.

Narcissa was white as a ghost, she looked at her husband. Her hands were folded in her lap, trying her best to maintain her behavior.

“No! No! I refuse to believe this is over! He was supposed to marry me! Not some stupid Mudblood!” Kelley Parker stormed around the room, kicking a house elf as it hid near by.

The elf whimpered and crouched down. “Oh suck it up you filthy rat!” Her nostrils flared. “How the bloody hel* can he choice her over me, ME?!”

Lucius shook his head. “We believe they have been together for sometime now. We told you she might be a threat but we were not sure.”

“How could he marry someone and have no one find out and stop it?! My father is not going to like this. The Malfoy family, Black and everyone else you are related to will suffer!”

Narcissa shrieked and covers her thin lips. Kelley shot her a dirty look. “That’s right either you destroy this marriage. Or terrible things will happen to your family and your son will be the first to go.”

Kelley slammed the door behind her. Lucius looked at his wife. “We will be fine….” But Narcissa could tell he was just as scared as her.

“Oh mione…” Gasped Ginny as she stepped out of the dressing room. Hermione and Ginny were trying on dresses for the spring ball.

“What?” Hermione peered her head over the dressing room door, trying to find the red head.

“Look I really like this one” Ginny was wearing a long halter top dress, it was gold with sparkles.

“Very cute!” Hermione went back to her dresses and shuffled through them. “Who are you taking to the ball?”

Ginny stepped up on the platform and danced in front of the three mirrors. “Huh? Oh…well I was thinking about asking Harry.”

Hermione looked up. “Oh….”

Ginny smiled and looked at her. “Oh…what?’

“I thought you were going to take Neville, that’s all.” She shrugged her shoulders.

Ginny scrunched up her nose. “Don’t get me wrong, I like Neville but…I like Harry more…and I think he likes me too.”

“Why do you think that?” Hermione was getting a little defensive, she didn’t know what to think since their fight.

“Well I don’t know…he just shows hints that he likes me. You know what I mean right. I bet Draco did it with you too.”

She shook her head, “No. .he never.” She quickly closed her mouth. “I mean yeah…those little….love…hints.” She prayed she was right.

“Yeah! Exactly. Its like they want to tell you they like you, but are to scared too.”

Hermione gave a half smile and went back to her dresses, “oh…I think I found my dress.” She slipped it on and stepped out. Ginny was in awe. “Mione, Draco is going to love that!”

“No!” Whispered Hermione.

“Yes it will be awesome!” Replied Draco.

The were both in the library, studying for exams and looking at homes in Diagon Alley.

Hermione shook her head. “No we are not living in Knockturn Alley, we are living in a nice small flat that will last us two years!”

“Fine how about this one, it is a mile outside of Diagon Alley. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen and living room/dinning room. Sounds good doesn’t it?”

Hermione took the paper into her hands. That one did seem pretty nice, but how much did it cost. She looked at the price and nodded her head. “Wow it is pretty cheap. And it could last us for a while.”

Draco began to write down the number and information. “I better send a letter out fast. Someone will take it if we don’t.”

Hermione picked up her books and carried them to a shelf. “I’ll come with you.”

Draco grabbed a few and helped her put them away. “Are you sure this is what you want?”

“Yeah, it seems good, its in the right money range and--”

“Oh stop!” Giggled a girl.

“What the….”

Hermione placed her hand over Draco’s mouth. She looked to her left then right, trying to find the voice.

“Lets go over here, no one ever looks in the school books. We can be alone. ”

Footsteps began to approach. Hermione quickly grabbed a book, opened it, placed it in front of her and Draco’s face and enclosed his mouth in a passionate kiss. Draco was surprise and confused at this, but closed his eyes kissed her back.

“Hermione?!” She broke apart from the kiss and lowered the book. It was Ron and Luna Lovegood!

Luna blushed at the sight of the couple. “Sorry…if we intruded on any…alone time.”

Draco and Ron exchanged looks. “No…its fine. Don’t worry about it.” He took the book from Hermione and placed in back on the shelf.

Hermione was still in awe. “What…what are you two doing together?” Ron looked at the floor as if ashamed. “Nothing, well we have got to study. So…”

Hermione glared at him. “You don’t study Ronald Weasley!” Draco lightly grabbed Hermione’s arm.

“Well…Weasley you and Lovegood can have this spot we have to leave.” Hermione was still looking at them as the began to leave.

CHAPTER 10

The Americans

“Yes sir, Melisande Marlon.”

“Melie…remember her Tonks? Your mother used to help me and James Potter, Harry’s dad, play tricks. She was also a good friend of Harry’s mother, Lily. She used to help her stand up for Snape when we would endlessly torture him. She was a close friend of m-……our little group. Your father never liked me. But he swallowed his pride when they both were around us. I believe Harry’s parents went to their wedding, and your parents went to their’s. It was a deal that Lily and Melie made many years before.”

“I never knew that, that is great…so cute of them to do that, to keep a promise they made as kids in adulthood.” Desiree smiled.

“Oh, yes, I remember Melie helped with the match-making of Lily and James. They used to hate each other. Lily helped Melie with your father…their first date was all arranged by Lily…I think that was in their third or fourth year.”

“Third Year Sirius, remember you and your group crashed it, just to make Lily and Mel mad.” "Desiree, Pierre, we are leaving now. Hurry!!" Aldaric said as he walked institute room.

“They are suspicious of us...we must go. What did you tell them?" Aldaric kept his eyes on Sirius. They were having a stare-down. So far, Sirius was winning. His icy gaze followed Aldaric. Then his expression changed when Desiree walked over to were he was sitting to get her suitcase.

"Sorry for hitting you sir," Desiree whispered. Sirius just smiled and nodded. He stood up and continued with his stare-down with Aldaric. Aldaric walked swiftly ahead of Pierre and Desiree at the door and down the crowded paths.

"nothing really...he only asked who i was, and who my parents are. I only told him that." Desiree answered softly. Aldaric stopped in his tracks and turned to look at Desiree. He looked forward, then started to jog dow the paths.

They walked down the steps and walked past platform 8, turned the corner and found them selves between Platforms 9 & 10. They walked down the platform and found the right brick column. Pierre watched as Desiree looked around and as normal as possible trotted into the column. Aldaric did the same. Pierre looked around him to see i anyone was watching him. When it was clear, he jogged to the wall and closed his eyes just as he was about to hit the wall. He kept walking and didn't crash.

After a second he stopped and opened his eyes and he saw a magical platform full on kids of all ages in uniforms, and most in regular clothes. He found Desiree giving her cart to a man and stand next to her father. She set down her suitcase and hugged her father as tight as possible. He kissed her on the head and she stepped back.

”Goodbye, my sweet Desire. Just remember the bells will be waiting" He said. She looked up and smiled. She looked at Pierre and motioned him to come over to her. He walked over to her. He shook Aldaric's hand and hugged him. "Take care of her. I will write, good luck, and goodbye to the both of you"

Desiree pulled Pierre on the train and stuck her head out the nearest window and waved one last time and sat in the first empty compartment they found. They put their bags in the racks and sat down. Desiree looked out the glass on the door and saw two frantic students walk up the aisle. Both looked scared and insecure. Desiree stood up and opened the door.

“You two, what’s wrong?” Desiree walked up to them. The girl looked at the paper she was holding.

“Uh, we were, you see…” she sighed and looked up. By her accent, Desiree could tell she was from the America. “We are from America, and this is our second month in England…oh, wait, United Kingdom, I have to get that right, but we’re new and we have no idea what we are doing or what to do, and we need to find somewhere to sit, but everywhere we have passed has been full. And we know nobody, so we can’t sit with anybody, and-“Desiree cut her off by holding her hand up.

“Come sit with me, how old are you? I can tell you are from the USA….your accent.”

“Accent? You have the accent. Oh well…I am 14, and my brother is 13.” She said as she followed Desiree into the compartment. Pierre eyed the two and looked at Desiree, who gave him that come-on,-deal-with-it look. He sighed and leaned back in the seat. The pair put their stuff up and sat down. “I am Richelle Dunmoore, well; my mom insisted I give out my middle name…” Richelle sat up straight and put her nose up in the air. “You have a pretty name Richelle, show it off! As my mother says,” Richelle imitated. The boy laughed and playfully hit Richelle. “Milo…what? Doesn’t she say that!?” The boy shrugged his shoulders and leaned back. “This is my brother,” she cleared her throat and put her nose in the air, “Milo Cole Dunmoore, son of Conan Dunmoore and Larissa Avel.” She laughed and leaned back. Milo leaned forward and stared at her angrily.

“Oh, I love that look Milo, makes you look like a geezer.”

“Richelle!”

“Okay, okay, I stop geez…” She looked out the window.

“So…what house do you hope to be in? I’m in slytherin, and this is Pierre’s first year, this is my second actually, we used to go to a French school, but my parents are originally from England, Ironically, Pierre’s family isn’t straight French, his mother is from here.”

“Wait! Are you two brother and sister or friends?”

“Try boyfriend and girlfriend, for a very long time. I moved to England exactly a year ago last month. He is just coming to school here, his family is still in Paris.”

“Oh, okay. We have sister who is coming here next year, Ardelle. Aurie is what we call her. Personally I hope to be in Slytherin or Ravenclaw…or Gryffindor. Just not Hufflepuff.”

“I don’t care really,” Milo added.

“Hey Richelle, do you want to meet a legend?”

“Who?”

“Harry Potter, ever here of him? He is on this train right now. I am a friend of his.”

“HARRY POTTER! Who hasn’t heard of him! He is adorable…and his friend…uh…Ron, yes that’s his name.” Richelle looked at Desiree with wide eyes.

Desiree laughed. “Alright, come on. Pierre is the trolley comes, I want a chocolate from and some Bertie Bots…oh, and surprise me with something.” She tossed him a galleon and walked out with wide-eyed Richelle trailing her.

They walked down the car, and Desiree walked a way ahead of Richelle who was gazing into every compartment. Desiree saw Ron, waved, and signaled to hold on. She turned and walked to Richelle.

“Okay, I found him, but you will have to wait outside for a second, and you only have a minute okay?” Richelle nodded quickly many times. Desiree turned and walked in Harry’s Compartment.

“Hey Harry, Ron, Hermione…How’s it?”

“Okay, Harry almost couldn’t come back,” Ron said.

“I heard, my father was there…that’s was the day I ran into the twins and your mum. She didn’t seem to like me at all, by the way, I knew there was a trial, but I heard the details from the twins. Okay Harry? Oh, and guess who I ran into?”

“Malfoy, oh sorry…Draco?”

“No, even better, a certain fugitive who has a relation with Harry…” Desiree smirked at Harry. He sat up immediately.

“Sirius? When?”

“I think it was just after he had taken you to the platform…I ran over him with my cart, I went to see about the dog, and the next thing I know I feel the cold, strong grip of Moody on my arm. That scared me to dickens. We went in one of those rooms and we talked…I found out that my mother helped him and your father play tricks, and she was a friend of your mother, even though she was a slytherin. And she even went to our parents wedding, her and my father.”

“Really, wow…never knew that.”

“Anyway, there’s this new American waiting outside the door, desperate to fall to her knees in front of you Harry. Just say hi and she will do anything.” Harry sighed.

“Fine, let her in.” Desiree opened the door and let Richelle in.

“Harry Potter! And Ron Weasly! You are my Heroes! I am new here, me and my brother, Desiree said she knew you and I begged her to see you, can I see it? Your scar? Please!” Harry shrugged his shoulders and lifted what hair was covering it. Richelle gasped and went closer to him.

“Amazing!”

“Okay Richelle, time to go, you will see him all year, we have to go change now, say goodbye, and lets go.”

“Oh, uh, really? Well, bye Harry and Ron, see you later! I can’t wait till later!” Desiree waved them grabbed a hold of Richelle’s shoulders and walked back to the Compartment.

“We’re back…now we have to get changed, now, or we will so be rushing, and I don’t do that kind of pressure.”

CHAPTER 20

Hermione found it impossible to sleep due to Raquel’s impromptu visit and reminder of the task Hermione was meant to complete in a few hours. She showered and dressed, finding herself sitting on the edge of the bed at six forty-five, tapping her foot on the hardwood floor. She held her wand in her hands, her eyes flitting over to the clock every other minute, willing it to move faster.

Finally, it was seven and she jumped, startled by the rapid knocking on the door. She crossed the room quickly, pulling open the door to see Malfoy standing there, fully dressed and looking remarkably rested for someone who’d been up just as long as she had, possibly longer. He wore a black dress shirt and black pants, his hands stuffed in his pockets and pale blond hair slicked back, wet from his shower. Why he hadn’t bothered to dry his hair magically Hermione wasn’t sure, but his cold gaze moved over her, dressed in a pair of jeans and a black v-neck sweater. Her hair hung loose waves, glossy and thankful for the second wash her hair had received in months.

“Come on,” Malfoy said, stepping backwards out into the hallway to allow her to walk alongside him. Hermione followed him slowly, closing the door behind her. She didn’t have the courage to ask him what was happening or what would happen that morning, besides Seamus dying at her hand. He walked steadily beside her, his light blue eyes focused ahead of him. Hermione’s eyes stayed stuck on his face, her eyes gliding over his striking features.

“So, I guess congratulations are in order,” Hermione said softly, “you are engaged to be married.” She didn’t know why she’d asked. In some ways, she was jealous. How dare they be happy, when people like her were out there suffering? They were getting married. Didn’t it occur to them that maybe that was the path she had been on before they had ripped it all away. She’d loved Ron and now he was gone.

Draco nodded and Hermione saw a flicker of joy cross his face before being replaced with his steely gaze again. “Yes, well, thank you.” He said nothing else and they kept walking down the empty corridors, Hermione following him not paying much attention to the turns they made and the doors they passed. When they stopped they stood in front of a set of tall double doors that Malfoy opened and led her through. They stepped down a series of stone steps outside into a blissful garden with a burbling fountain and flowers in full bloom even though it was nearing winter.

Kendra was sitting on a stone bench wearing only a black top and a too big black jacket that was obviously Malfoy’s and jeans. Her hair was in a neat French braid that fell down her back. Malfoy moved towards her, standing at her side and entwining his fingers with hers. He kissed her forehead and Hermione was once again stunned by his tenderness toward her. Hermione wrapped her arms around herself, the biting wind cold against her skin. “I’m sorry about the cold,” Kendra told her apologetically. “We were going to meet in the Conservatory. But it seems it’s occupied this morning. This won’t take long, I promise.”

Hermione merely nodded and rubbed her hands along her arms, warming her body with the friction. “Well, what is it?”

“You said you wanted to see the others,” Kendra reminded her slowly. “And you will. Bill and Fleur will be here tonight as you requested. Neville will be arriving later on.” She leaned into the crook of Malfoy’s arm, their bodies merging into one. “But that’s not the reason we wanted to see you.”

“And what is?” Hermione questioned.

“It won’t be much longer until it’s time for you to complete your task,” Kendra explained. She opened her mouth to continue but stopped when the doors behind Hermione swung open and Oliver walked outside, his arm linked with Raquel’s. Malfoy seemed to pull Kendra closer as he saw Oliver and his eyes narrowed into slits. Hermione turned to see Oliver, wanting to see if he noticed Malfoy’s clear annoyance at his presence.

He did. Oliver’s own eyes were just as dark, but his expression lightened if somewhat smugly when Raquel planted a kiss on his cheek. But he wasn’t looking at Malfoy anymore. He was looking at Kendra. Their eyes were locked and Hermione couldn’t even begin to imagine what they were thinking. There was such rage there, she could feel it circulating around her. She was filled with the perverse need to know what they were feeling, why Raquel seemed to hate the sister that adored her, why Malfoy and Oliver continued to butt heads over literally nothing and why Kendra and Oliver seemed friendly but not quite as friendly when Malfoy was around. Why had Oliver taken up with Raquel over the space of a few hours? Had this been a long time coming? Clearly Oliver and Raquel had met before, maybe they were more a couple than she’d thought.

“Good morning, Hermione,” Oliver said kindly. His eyes were turned to her if only momentarily before his gaze returned to Kendra and Malfoy. “Draco.” A slight smile went across Raquel’s face as she viewed her sister and future brother-in-law standing together. She wore a heavy black fur coat that covered her down to her ankles, her glossy brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail. Oliver didn’t look nearly as fancy as his companion in a red sweater and black jeans.

“Oliver,” Malfoy hissed. “Hello, Raquel, did you sleep well?”

“Just fine, Draco,” Raquel said slyly, tightening her grip on Oliver’s arm. “And yourself?”

“Amazingly well, with Kendra at my side,” Malfoy said it in such a way that Hermione was sure he meant it to upset someone, most likely Oliver. Unsure of why such a remark would anger Oliver, Hermione pushed her thoughts to the back of her mind.

“Why am I here again?” Hermione asked loudly. At the sound of her voice, Kendra’s head turned to look at her and she smiled.

Kendra opened her mouth to respond, but Oliver spoke first. “I’m sorry, Kendra, but this will have to wait. He wants it done now.”

Hermione’s heart clenched as Oliver spoke. Kendra looked at her and nodded slowly. “Oh, well, Hermione, moment of truth.”

Malfoy looked at her, his blue eyes locked with her own. “I’ll take her,” he said gruffly. “Oliver, you and Raquel should go and find Snape. Tell him it’s happening now.”

CHAPTER 15

Draco was the first one to wake up the next morning. His back felt stiff, his eyes watered from the sun. He looked at Hermione she was curled up into a ball. The covers wrapped around her. He smiled. Last night replayed in his head.

Hermione shifted in her sleep, mumbling.

He continued to watch her, even though he had know her his whole life, he never really looked at her. She was always just the girl he grew up with, or Harry Potter’s best friend. She had a very gently face, smooth skin, a small nose and round jaw. Her eyes made her face light up and she had plump lips.

Draco rose to his feet and began to gather their belonging. Once done he glanced at the clock it was almost ten o‘clock.

“Hermione!” Draco shook her violently.

Hermione pushed him away, “five more minutes.”

Draco shook her again. “We don’t have time! Its almost ten o’clock we have class in thirty minutes!”

Hermione sat up, knocking heads with Draco.

Each one swore.

Draco tossed her, her things.

“Where is the dress and tux?!”

Draco grabbed her hand and ran out the door, whipping the key to Madam Rosmerta. She looked appalled at their rudeness. But that didn’t matter now.

“I shrunk them down and placed them in the bag, we can’t walk in with them, people will know what happen.”

The couple booked their way down the dirt road, dust kicking up from their heels.

“We are so dead, we are so dead, we are so dead.” Hermione kept repeating that phrase over and over again.

Draco glared at her. She stopped.

It seemed to take forever until they reached Hogwarts. One in the Great Hall they quickly departed. “See you later.” They both shouted.

Hermione walked into Snape’s potion class, her book bag in hand. She decide it was best to skip breakfast, shower, change clothes and hurry to her classes. It was now 10:30 am, the class was half full.

“Hermione over here.” Shouted Ron as he watched her walk in.

Hermione smiled and walked over towards them, taking her spot in the middle. “Morning boys.”

Harry gave her a dirty look.

“Harry? What’s wrong?” She placed down her bag and pulled out her potion ingredients.

“Where were you last night, and this morning?”

Hermione bit her lower lip, “last night I went to bed I stayed up late in my room studying and I slept in this morning.” Her stomach growled. “But I wish I didn’t I’m starving.”

“Why don’t you ask your perfect boyfriend to get you something.” Said Harry coldly.

Just then Draco walked over to Hermione’s table and handed her a blueberry muffin. “I noticed you weren’t at breakfast this morning so I decide to grab you something.”

Hermione blushed and took the muffin. “Thank you, you didn’t have to.”

He gave her a wink and walked back to his own table, Pansy glared. She placed her hand on Draco shoulder. He shrugged her off.

“Wow he is Mr. Perfect!” Shouted Ron, he too was annoyed by this.

Hermione looked at both of them. “Boys….please stop this I-”

“Sit down and be quite. “ Snape’s voice boomed. Everyone fell silent, too scared to speak. “Today we will be learning about magical creatures and each potion you can make from them.”

He flicked his wand, words appeared on the board.

“I want everyone to read pages 198-212. You will then make me a potion from a creature you choose. You must make a poison and an antidote.”

Ron snarled, Harry sighed.

“Begin…now.”

Hermione took a bite of her muffin and began to work.

Once it was time for dinner the trio made their way to the Gryffindor table. Hermione picked at her plate, Ron shoved as much food as he could into his mouth and Harry sipped his juice.

“Today was a pretty rough day.” Said Ginny as she sat down beside Harry. Harry smiled at her.

“Why’s that, too many boys after you.”

Ron sat straight up and swallowed his food whole. “Better not be.”

Ginny rolled her eyes, “No. But all of my teachers and are adding more and more work each second. Its getting out of hand. I mean I know….”

A loud squawk erupted, everyone looked up, only to see a dark black owl with a white chest swoop in

“I wonder who that is for, mail never comes at dinner time.” Asked Ron.

Draco Malfoy’s eyes widen, he knew exactly who that owl was for…him. That was his parents owl, Bijou. And there in his small beak was a howler. But the owl did not swoop down to him, instead it landed in front of Hermione.

Hermione’s breath became short as the letter began to smoke and before anyone could blink it burst into flames. Narcissa Malfoy appeared.

“YOU FILTHY , NO GOOD, UGLY, UNWANTED MUDBLLOD. HOW DARE YOU DISCARE MY FAMILY’S NAME WITH YOUR UNWORHTNESS. MY SON DESERVES BETTER THAN THE LIKES OF YOU. YOU BETTER WATCH YOUR BACK YOU MUGGLE OR YOUR HEAD IS MINE!!!”

The letter dissolved into ashes. Hermione was white as snow, she was shaking. All eyes were on her, everyone held their breath. “What the bloody **** what that all about Hermione!?” Asked Ron, a few jumped.

Tears were streaming down her cheeks.

“Hermione?” Whispered Ginny.

She didn’t answer, instead she quickly jumped up from her stop and ran out of the room.

‘Hermione!” Yelled Draco, Ron, Harry and Ginny. Each one was after her, running to keep up with her pace.

“Where did she go?” Asked Harry as he looked around the halls.

Professor McGonagall before the students.

“Mr. Malfoy I’m afraid you and Miss. Granger need to go to Professor Dumbledore’s office right away.”

Draco nodded his head and began to make his way to the Head Master’s office.

“Can we go too?” Asked Harry, each one wanted to know what was going on.

“Well since you three are Miss. Grangers friends you might as well go, she needs all the support she can get. I will get Mr. Malfoys friends too. Now hurry and go, I need to find Miss. Granger.”

Draco’s palms began to sweat, he feared of what was going to happen. The patter of their feet echoed all though out the hall. No one spoke.

“Draco!” Pansy came running into view, the boys behind her. ‘Professor McGonagall said you needed me, we us, mainly me, but they came along.” She wrapped her arms around him.

Draco snarled at her touch. “Get off me!” He took her arms around his neck and placed them at her slides. “Don’t ever do that again.” He stormed off to the gargoyle that led to Dumbledore’s office.

Pansy blushed at the sight of the three Gryffindors.

“Sugar Quill” Draco announced.. It shifted and sprung to the life admitting the students to its stairs.

Draco took in a deep breath.

“Hurry up and open it already Malfoy.” Spat Harry. Draco ignored him and knocked on the gold door.

“Enter”

They did.

There inside was Draco and Hermione’s families. Each one looking just as made as the other.

“Please take a seat.” Dumbledore smiled gently at his students, with a flick of his wand seven chairs appeared. Draco took the one closes to Dumbledore’s desk.

Narcissa Malfoy stormed over to Draco and slapped him across the face. Everyone gasped. Draco did not move at his mothers touch.

‘How dare you do this to us?! To this family, you have destroyed everything we have every worked for.” She threw her hands up into the air. “Your father is now the laughing stock of the Ministry because of your selfishness.”

Hermione and Professor McGonagall walked into the room.

“You! You fifthly Mudblood!” Narcissa pointed her wand towards Hermione.

Daisy Granger quickly grabbed Narcissa and slammed her against the brink wall. “Don’t you dare touch my daughter. Wand or no wand I will kill you.” Both husbands pulled their wives apart.

Hermione looked at everyone in the room, the truth was finally out. Draco quickly stood up and offered his chair to her. She sat down. He placed his hand on her shoulder, standing tall by his own wife.

“Albus, please there must be something we can do.” Begged Walter Granger.

“This cannot be legal!” Shouted Lucius Malfoy,

The Gryffindor and Slytherin students looked puzzled.

“I’m sorry….but both of them are of age. They can do whatever they please, it is out of our hands.”

Daisy shrieked. “You freak!” She stormed over to Draco, “You tricked her into some game, didn’t you. There is no way our daughter would fall for you!”

“Can someone please tell us what is going on!?” Shouted Harry.

Everyone turned in their direction.

“You mean you don’t know? Asked Professor McGonagall.

Each one shook their head.

Dumbledore folded his hands and peered into each ones face. “Well it seems Mr. Malfoy and Miss. Granger snuck off into the middle of the night and got married.”

“WHAT?!” The six of them yelled.

“Why!?” Asked Goyle.

Dumbledore told them about betrothal.

“You are engaged to be married?!” Asked Pansy. She was up on her feet looking into Draco’s eyes.

“Yes.” He whispered, feeling ashamed.

“Someone please tell me this is just a sick, twisted joke.” Begged Ron.

“I’m sorry, but no it is not.” Hermione was on her feet too, tears fell from her eyes.

“No!” Shouted Harry, everyone looked taken back by his actions.

Everyone began to yell an scream, each one trying to get out what they needed to say. Hermione covered her ears. Draco squinted at the noise. Without even thinking Hermione wrapped her arms around Draco. Crying into his chest.

“QUIET!” Dumbledore rose from his chair standing to his fullest height. “That is enough. I will not have any of you attack my students. They may be your family and friends but they are in my care at the moment. Gryffindor and Slytherin please return to your common rooms.”

All six left the room. Pansy made sure she was the last one out. “I’m disappointed in you Malfoy. You have disgraced your name and your peers.”

Draco narrowed his eyes to the floor.

“Albus, will they have to leave school?” Asked Daisy as she walked over to the desk.

Hermione stared up at Dumbledore. This wasn’t happening.

Dumbledore shook his head. “This is a first a Hogwarts, but no there is no need for them to leave their education. Their seventh year is almost over. Although we do not have married rooms, so I’m afraid you will have to sleep in your own dorms.”

“That is perfectly fine.” The young couple replied.

“So that’s it?” Asked Lucius.

“Yes, I’m sorry, but that is it.” Dumbledore replied.

“Don’t you ever show your face around our house ever again!” Shouted Narcissa. Lucius looked at his son and stuck up his nose. “You are no longer a part of our family. You will regret this Draco.”

The Malfoy walked over to the fire placed, took a hand full of floo power off the shelf, shouted “Malfoy Manor.” And disappeared.

Mr. and Mrs. Granger walked over to the young couple next. “Now Hermione.” Said Mrs. Granger, she couldn’t look at her daughter in the face.

“What you have done, was wrong and your father and I do not approve. But we are not going to be like the Malfoys and banish you from our lives. Like it or not you are still a Granger. You have your fathers and mine bloods running through your veins.”

Hermione wanted to hug her parents right there. But she didn’t move an inch, he father stepped towards her, he looked at her hard.

“You are still our daughter. But do not contact us until you are done with this silly game.” Without another word the Granger walked over to the fireplace, said goodbye to Dumbledore and McGonagall. They followed the Malfoys in suit. “To the Grangers.” And they were gone in a flash.

Draco and Hermione looked at each other then to Dumbledore and McGonagall.

‘You are free to leave, take as much time as you need.” Both Professors smiled at them, then turned to each other. Talking in low voices.

Hermione grabbed Draco’s hand and led him out the door. Once they were in the hallway she cried into his chest once more. Draco placed his chin on top on her head. He stroked her hair. “Shhh its okay, its okay.” He kept repeating. Hermione cried harder.

CHAPTER 16

“How-How did everyone find out?!” Gasped Hermione, she pulled away from Draco, and wiped her nose.

Draco shrugged, “I think it was Madam Rosmerta.”

Hermione walked over to the window and put her head out into the fresh air, the tears on her face grew cold. “Everyone….everyone hates us….what are we going to do.”

Draco placed his back against the wall, acting without a care. “Your parents are crazy.”

Hermione rounded on him, “excuse me, but whose parents banished them for life!? At least my parents give a da*n about me!”

Draco smirked at her, that stupid, cute, annoying smirk. “True, but my parents are wizards, they have a reason to be mad. I married under me.”

Hermione couldn’t believe what she was hearing, she knew his sweetness couldn’t last long. “Why are you turning against me, if you haven’t noticed we only have each other!”

Draco crossed his arms, “look you knew this was going to happen, I warned you and you said you were fine with it. We are just going to have to suck it up and work things out.”

Hermione smacked him across the face, this time he winced from the pain. “If you haven’t notice I’ve done this, all of this for you. I didn’t have to give up my freedom to save you!” She turned on her heel and stormed down the hall.

Draco watched her go, his right hand on his cheek, it burned. But he deserved it. Why did he just say all of that, Hermione was right she didn’t have to do this for him.

Hermione entered the Gryffindor common room, Ron and Ginny were on the couch both looking into the fire, silent.

“Hi…”

They both looked up, Ginny ran and hugged her.

“Why didn’t you tell me, us, about this?’ Asked Ginny.

Hermione looked at Ron, noticing Harry was missing.

“Where is Harry…is he okay?”

Ron shook his head. “Mione…Harry is taking this harder than all of us. I don’t like it that you married that sly dog, but its your life. But Harry will not except this.”

Hermione sat down. “Where is he?” Ginny pointed towards the boys dorm room. “I’m so sorry I hurt you guys, can you ever forgive me?”

Ron and Ginny smiled. “Of course, you are like our family.” Hermione quickly looked at Ron. “Ron…I thought…I thought you were…”

Ron cut her off, “In love with you, nah, you are like my sister.”

“But…but what were you doing outside, that one night, in the rain, you never told me.” She raised her eyebrow.

Ron simply shrugged and smiled innocently. “I have no idea what you are talking about, now go talk to Harry.”

Hermione made her way to the seventh year boys dorm. She head shuffling and objects being thrown. She hesitated for a second but knocked. “Harry…is that you?” All moment stopped. Hermione slowly opened the door, Harry was on his bed, his face buried in his hands.

“Harry…I’m so, so, so , so sorry for what I did. I never meant to hurt you, or anybody. Please talk to me.”

Nothing.

“Harry James, please I am begging you speak to me!”

Still nothing.

“I really cared about you!” He said through his muffled hands. Hermione took a step closer. He lifted his head, tears were in his dark green eyes, making Hermione feel weak.

“I cared about you, and you-you go and do this to me!” He stood up and kicked his trunk. Hermione didn’t moved, she was glued to her spot.

“I cared about you too.” He cut her off.

“No, no you didn’t, if you did you wouldn’t of hurt me, if you did you wouldn’t of ran off with one of my enemies! And if you really cared about me, you would of known I’ve loved you since the day I first met you!”

Hermione fell to her knees at his words. Love, he loved her. ‘What, what are you talking about, you love Ginny!” Harry laughed wildly.

“No I only pretended I did so you wouldn’t of know. All this time you thought it was Ron.” He kicked his trunk again, tipping it over, his contexts slipped out.

“I’m sorry Harry.’ She looked up at him.

“Why Hermione…why did you do this?!” He sat down on his bed, looking into her eyes.

“Because….because I didn’t want to lose him to Kelley Parker…and marriage was the only way…” Harry shook his head.

“Get out!”

“But Harry…”

“I SAID GET OUT!”

Hermione got to her feet, tears fell to the floor boards.

‘Wait…”

She quickly turned around.

“Just answer me this Hermione….was he worth it?’

Hermione’s body shook, she turned and placed her hand on the doorknob. “I don’t know….I guess I will have to wait and see….” And without another word she was gone.

Over the next few days word spread about Hermione and Draco through out the wizarding world. Many believe it be funny. Hermione Granger, bookworm, down to earth, miss goody-good, was married to bad boy, sly, evil, rude, Draco Malfoy.

Hermione refused to talk to Draco, since their spat. She knew he was under pressure but he didn’t have to act like a ****.

Many glanced her way as she sat down at the Gryffindor table, some moved away from her. Ginny and Ron were no where to be found, Harry ran the other way when he saw her. She had no one.

“I can’t believe he married her…” One Hufflepuff girl whispered.

“I know, he can do so much better, she isn’t that pretty.” Said another. They both snickered.

Hermione pushed her toast away, she couldn’t eat.

“What’s wrong Granger, miss your Husband?” Asked a Ravenclaw boy as he saw Hermione’s sad expression. She looked up at the pale face kid.

“No she doesn’t, she scared for you.” Hermione turned around Draco was by her side.

The young boy looked puzzled. “Why would she be scared for me?”

Draco smirked and pulled out his wand.

“She scared I might hurt you so bad that I am sent off to Azkaban Prison. Then her and I would be separated. So if I were you I would run.”

The boy quickly picked up his pace and ran out the door. Draco turned around to the two giggling girls.

“And you two need to learn how to hush your mouth. She is pretty enough for me, now leave us or I’ll defiantly be sent to Azkaban.” The girls shirked, picked up their belongings and ran out the same way the boy did.

“Big ego coming through.” Snarled Hermione. Draco sat down next to her, she rolled her eyes and turned away from him. “You do know your not allowed to sit here, its for Gryffindors only.”

Draco leaned over and grabbed a piece of bacon. “Let them try and take me away, I’m your husband.”

Hermione sipped her pumpkin juice. Draco placed his chin on her shoulder. Everyone was watching them. “I’m sorry for being rude to you the other night.”

Hermione didn’t move.

“I know what I did was hurtful, and I should of held my tongue. I didn’t marry under me, I married above me. You are the most amazing girl I've ever met.”

Hermione spit out a bit of juice, ‘Ha, nice line. To bad you hated me for a few years. And made fun of me every chance you got.”

Draco chuckled a little, “Its not a line, it’s the truth. I cannot promise you I will be perfect, but I’m going to try my best.”

Hermione closed her eyes and leaned back against him. She knew this would attract even more attention. If this married was supposed to be real, it needed to look like it too.

“Guess what.” He whispered into her ear.

“What?” Her eyes still closed.

“We have an audience.”

Hermione merely smiled and leaned back more. “I bet we do.”

Continue Story (I copy and paste from internet) - Chapter 10 - 'LOVE SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING'

CHAPTER 10

That morning Cassandra woke earlier than usual to make sure there were no clitches with her plan. She had thought everything through carefully, she was sure that it would leave Harry vulnerable and also help her get revenge on Pansy. She smiled as she brushed her hair. "Ready?" she asked Hermione who was fretting over her bag. "Yes, got everything" Cassandra smiled. She put away her hairbrush and pulled out her wand, pointing at her bag she used a non-verbal incantation so that the books she didn’t need floated out and placed themselves neatly in her open trunk and the books she needed floated out of her trunk and into her bag. "Yeah, now I’m ready" she said with a smile, shutting her trunk and picking up her bag.

When the entered the Great Hall Ron and Harry had beaten them there. "So the trick is with that charm is that you practice with an empty bag, I didn’t once and broke an inkwell,” she said with a small smile. "Morning boys" Cassandra said with a smile. "Morning Cassandra, Hermione" Harry said smiling at them. Ron looked up from his plate "-orning" he said with his mouth half full of toast. "Ronald!" Hermione said looking at him. Cassandra simply smiled. Today she had a free morning followed by Charms then Transfiguration after lunch. "So Harry, is everything ok this morning?" Cassandra asked as she took a slice of toast from the rack in front of her. "Oh, erm yeah, sort of" he replied with a smile. "That’s good, a frown doesn’t suit you,” she said with a small smile as she took a bite of toast. Ron coughed on his mouthful of eggs. Hermione patted his back, which caused him to go red. He gave Hermione a small smile. "Thanks" he said quietly and looked over at Cassandra who raised one of her eyebrows slightly for a second then winked at him.

The lessons went by quicker than yesterday’s potion lesson. Before the gang knew it, it was lunch. As they made their way to the Great Hall Draco stopped them by standing in front of Cassandra. "I'm glad to see that Pansy's foolish actions haven’t had a lasting effect on you" he said looking at her. "It takes more than her to leave a lasting effect" she replied. Harry stood a little closer to Cassandra. "I hope her actions haven’t made you think any less of me" he replied with a slight smirk. "Of course not now if you'll excuse me" she replied walking away with Harry, Hermione and Ron. "Typical Malfoy only thinking about himself" Harry muttered as they walked away. Pansy ran over to Draco "Drakie! There you are, you've been avoiding me all day" she said smiling as sweetly as she could. Draco was about to reply with an angry remark but remembered Cassandra's plan. "I can’t talk now, meet me here after curfew" he said and walked away.

After supper Cassandra made her way down to a small hut located on the school grounds. She knocked on the hut door and waited for a reply, if she had to act all sweet and kind she might as well apologise for her absence yesterday. After waiting a moment there was still no reply, she looked around and heard a rustling in the pumpkin patch next to the hut. She walked quietly over to where the noise had come from, peaking her head over a large pumpkin she noticed a Niffler. She smiled at it; quickly she looked around for a berry. There was a small berry plant at the edge of the pumpkin patch. She picked a blackberry and went back over to the Niffler. Kneeling in front of it she threw the berry in front of her, the Niffler sniffed curiously at the berry and ate it. Cassandra smiled at it then carefully picked it up, supporting its body with one arm whilst holding it close. "Cute little thing aren’t you" she whispered as she stood up. "There you are!" Cassandra turned around to see Hagrid looking at the Niffler. "I caught him sniffing around your pumpkins" she said with a smile and handed the Niffler to Hagrid. "Thank you, you are?" he asked looking at her. "Oh I’m Cassandra Delphine, I was supposed to be in your class yesterday but got hit with a jinx" she said with a small smile. "That’s alright, glad your alright now" he replied holding the Niffler. "I should be off, see you next lesson professor" she said and made her way to the castle.

By the time she reached the castle it was dark. Once in the common she looked around, it seemed to be less cheerful. She noticed Harry in front of the fire. "Harry what’s wrong?" she asked walking over. "Its Ron, he got attacked..." "Attacked? Why? Who?" she asked looking worried. "Parkinson started an argument with him because she was out after hours and its Gryffindors night to patrol, she wouldn’t go and started duelling, he lost...now he is in the hospital wing" he said looking at the floor. Cassandra wrapped an arm round him. "Does Ginny know?" she asked. Harry nodded "She’s in her dorm with Hermione, last time I saw her she was crying" Cassandra had to contain her happiness that the plan had worked; pansy had fallen for the fake meeting. "Come here" she said quietly to Harry who stopped hiding his head in his hands and instead held Cassandra. "It'll be ok Harry,” she whispered as they held each other.

CHAPTER 14

“Here we are” Announced Draco.

“Huh?” Hermione glanced towards him, her mind was in a slight daze since their wedding. “The Three Broomsticks?” She wrinkled her nose.

“Yep, this is where we are going to spend our honeymoon,”

“W-What?!” Hermione’s cheeks turned a deep maroon color. “You never said anything about this, I-I don’t this this is a good idea. We don’t even know each that well, and…that is just…”

“Granger!” Draco chuckled, “Nothing like that is going to happen, get your mind out of the gutter!” He walked towards the door. “That is unless you want to.”

Hermione gasped.

Madam Rosmerta, the innkeeper watched the young couple come in. Her eyes widen at the sight of them. Draco in a tux and Hermione in a wedding gown. Hermione looked at the floor. What on earth was Draco thinking. Madam Rosmerta, would never keep this a secret. Everyone will know what happen.

Draco turned back to Hermione and grabbed her hand. He smiled at Madam Rosmerta, and requested their room key. “Hurry lets go.” They ran up the stairs to room 11, Draco opened the door and graceful bowed to Hermione. “After you.”

Hermione glared at him. Crossing her arms over her chest and walked in.

“What?” Asked Draco, he shut the door, locked it, and flopped down on the bed.

“Did you think this is a really good idea! Madam Rosmerta knows who we are, and that we are not allowed to be off the grounds. This is going to get back to everyone in the wizarding world. You know that she cannot keep a secret for more that two hours!”

“This is probably the best move we can make. Not only do we have eye witness who will vouch that we were married. But Madam Rosmerta, cannot deny that we spent the night together on our wedding. Don’t you think it would look weird if you and I went back to our dorm rooms?”

Hermione sat down on the bed too, taking off her shoes. “That is a good idea.” Draco stood up, taking off his tie and jacket. “All we have to do is wait here until dawn, then we can sneak back into the castle.” He ruffled his hair, trying to remove the gel.

‘Wait…we forgot our clothes at the chapel.” Hermione forgot everything, her jeans, her shirt, her wand!!!

‘Draco smiled innocently. “I knew we would forget them, so I had that piano lady send them to the front desk. I would of forgot if you didn’t say anything.” He unlocked the door and disappeared into the hall.

Hermione walked over to the mirror and began to take off her make up and undo her hair. “Wait…” She glanced over her shoulder at the large bed. There was only one bed and two of them.

Fear ran through her veins.

Draco walked into the room carrying a brown paper bag, he looked at her expression. He knew what she was thinking. “Don’t worry I’m taking the floor, you can have the bed all to yourself.”

Hermione shook her head. “No its okay, I don’t mind I’ll take the floor. “ Draco handed her, her clothes and wand.

“No it’s the least I can do for everything you have done. You can go into the bathroom and change if you like.”

She nodded her head and walked in.

When she came out Draco was back in his jeans and a black wife-beater tank top. He was stretched across the floor his face buried in a pillow.

Hermione walked over towards the bed, being quite as possible. She turned back the covers and slipped in. She shifted from side to side. The only boys she had ever spend the night with, besides family, were Harry and Ron.

“Light Granger.” Draco muffed into his pillow.

Hermione snorted. “You get them your closer.”

Draco lifted his head and placed his chin onto the bed. “You were up last, so you have to get them.”

Hermione shook her head, “Nope I’m the lady and you are the gentlemen, so you have to get them.”

Draco shook his head right back at her. “True, but I want to give you then honor of doing it.”

This went on for a few more minutes.

Hermione snacked a pillow at him, Draco through it right back.

“Fine, I got it,” Draco pointed his want towards the light, darkness took over. “Next time it is your turn, deal?”

Hermione laughed, “Deal.”

Soon Draco fell asleep. Hermione tossed and turned more, thoughts slipped in and out of her mind. No longer was she Miss Hermione Jane Granger. She was now Mrs. Hermione Jane Malfoy. She was now the new Mrs. Malfoy.

Hermione tossed onto her side again, pushing back the covers and rolling up her jeans. She flopped down on the bed again.

“Are we having an earthquake, or is that just you?’ Hermione jumped. “I’m sorry, did I wake you?” She rolled over to the side on the bed and looked at him.

His eyes were still closed. “No.’

“Don’t lie I heard you snoring.”

Draco looked at her. “I do not snore!”

“Yes you do.” She placed her chin on the mattress and kept her eyes on him.

“No I don’t, but what’s wrong?” He rubbed his eyes to see her better.

“I don’t know everything is setting in, I’m no longer a Granger I’m a Malfoy. I’m the new Mrs. Malfoy. Our parents are going to go ballistic when they hear about this. And what are we doing after Hogwarts? Pretend like this never happen?”

Draco placed his hand on hers. “I know trust me, I’m going crazy with all of these thoughts too. Our parents will have to deal with all of this, I know this is probably the last thing you wanted to do, but I’m glad you did. I don’t know what I would of done. Kelley Parker is crazy, honestly. And I don’t know who else I would trust with this.”

Hermione felt heat creep up her cheeks, good thing it was dark.

“I was thinking we can look at flats in Diagon Alley, there is no way our parents will let us live with them. And I bet you don’t want to live with my family.”

Hermione shuttered at the thought.

“I know its not perfect but it’s the best we can do. And I bet you are terrified about your friends, I am too. But we can make it, its not like we are spending our entire lives together.”

Hermione smiled. “A flat could work, we should get one that is a little bit outside of Diagon Alley.”

Draco patted her hand. “You pick whatever you want. But lets get some sleep, we both could use it.”

“Goodnight Mrs. Malfoy.”

Hermione chuckled.

“Goodnight Mr. Malfoy.”

Story (I copy and paste from internet) - Chapter 1 - 'HE KNEW EACH TEAR BEFORE IT CAME – HERMIONE AND GEORGE'

CHAPTER 1

CRACK!

Hermione appeared in the Weasley's kitchen with a sad expression on her face. Harry and Ron had just left to go fight off in the war against Voldemort and they were afraid that she would get too hurt so they wouldn't let her come along. She sat down at the kitchen table as everyone ran around not even noticing that she was there. Hogwarts had been closed for the next year so they didn't go to school at all but it was still crazy there. Hermione laid her head on the table and felt hot tears trickle down her cheeks. As her tears collected into a pool on the table, there were two loud CRACK! s signifying that two more people just apparaited into the kitchen.

"HERMIONE GRANGER!" one yelled as he walked over to her.

"Hello there," the other said.

"Hi Fred. Hi George," she replied with no emotion in her voice at all.

"Ronnie and Harry leave already?" Fred asked.

"About twenty minutes ago," she replied. "I've been sitting here since they left like your mum had asked me too." She sniffled and kept her head down so that they wouldn't realize that she had been crying. Fred looked over at George and shook his head. They both knew that she had been crying. The sniffle gave it away. "I've been sitting here for the past twenty minutes without anyone even realizing it."

"Are you OK?" George asked.

"Fine," Hermione said as she rubbed at her eyes, making it seem as if she was just itching them.

"I...Umm...I'm going to go and help mum out and tell her that we're here," Fred said as he got up and left Hermione and George together in the kitchen. George was always the more sensitive twin.

Hermione sat up and looked over at George. She just let out a sigh and felt more tears roll down her cheeks. "It's alright Herms," he said as he moved closer to her so that he was hugging her. "They'll be alright."

"Ron broke up with me too because he feared that if he didn't Voldemort would get me and use me against him like he would with Ginny against both of them," she added. "He just doesn't think that I'm still friends with them so Voldemort will probably try to get me anyway." She rubbed at her eyes. George had never seen her cry before unless he had seen her cry that one time in her first year. George held her closer as she cried. He didn't say a word because he knew that there was nothing he could say that would bring Ron and Harry back to the Weasley's house to talk to her and to bring her with them on their quest to take Voldemort down. Hermione sniffled and then pulled out of the hug. "Thanks."

"For what?" George asked.

"For listening to me and being there. I know that everyone's busy right now," she added. "The Order is still going crazy about what had happened. Snape had been on their side for a year and then..." She stopped and sighed.

George nodded and stood up and just looked at her. "Don't worry Herms. Things'll turn up. You'll see," he said as he helped her up and the two of them walked outside to go help the others out back.

CHAPTER 2

"Hermione! How are you dear?" Mrs. Weasley asked as she walked over to her and gave her a huge hug. Hermione could tell that Mrs. Weasley couldn't tell that Hermione had been crying. But by the look Ginny was giving her, Ginny knew.

"Not too bad and not too good," Hermione replied as she was released from the hug. Mrs. Weasley nodded and then walked over to where Mr. Weasley was standing and tried her best to help him and Fred get rid of the gnomes as best as possible. Ginny walked over to her and stayed quiet. "Do you miss Harry?"

"More then ever," she replied as she looked up at the cloudless sky. "I mean I understand why he broke up with me but..."

"It still hurts and we both know that there's still a possibility that we could be captured by Voldemort and then used against them and they don't realize that..." Hermione said as she looked up at the sky. Hermione let out a long and sorrow filled sigh. She didn't know what to do at that moment. Her mind was completely filled with thoughts that she couldn't even focus on what Ginny was saying to her at that moment.

Fred and George walked over to them and just stood there in silence before Fred said, "Who wants to come with us back to the shop for a little bit?"

"I have to help mum and dad," Ginny said sadly. "But Herms can go if she wants to." Hermione nodded her head and walked over to stand next to Fred and George. "I'll see you three later tonight then." Hermione nodded her head again and with three loud CRACKs, Hermione, Fred, and George had disappeared.

When they all appeared in the back room of the store, Fred moved away so he was now in the front of the shop stocking up everything. George stood still and looked over at Hermione. He could tell that she was still a wreck about everything that was going on. What girl wouldn't be upset after their boyfriend broke up with them to fight in a war? He looked over at Hermione and just looked at her. "Fred can take care of the shop. Let’s go upstairs and get you something to eat or something to drink," George said as he started to walk up the steps all the way in the back of the storage area. Hermione nodded her head and followed closely behind. As they entered the apartment, George led her into the small kitchen. "Is water OK?"

"T-That's fine," she said. She wasn't really in the mood to drink anything else at that moment anyway. "Why don't you want to go and help Fred out?"

"It was his idea to bring you to the shop that way you could have some time to yourself or with me or him to try to help you calm down and get everything in order before you go back to the Burrow," George explained. "Going back to your ex-boyfriend's/best friend's house is hard when you know what he's out to do."

Hermione nodded her head and took a sip of the water that George just poured into a glass and handed to her. "I just wish that they would have let me come with them because I can fight just as well as they can and I can do magic just as well as they can..."

"Herms think about it," he replied. "Every year since your first year, you, Harry, and Ron have been helping Harry help whoever needed help. The Sorcerers Stone was the first thing he needed to get so that everyone would be safe, then he went and helped Ginny, then he saved Sirius and Buckbeak. Then he fought Voldemort in his fourth year, and then he tried to get that Prophecy so that Voldemort didn't get it or hear it. Once all that was done, he went with Dumbledore to try to get the last of Voldemort's horcruxe thing so that he didn't have any extra lives. Who was always the one fighting Voldemort?"

"H-Harry," Hermione stammered as she looked into George's eyes.

"Yours and Ron's magic helped him get to where Voldemort always was. He has Ron with him to help. They'll be fine and they'll be back. You just have to believe in them," George said as he took a sip of his water. "Hey, I'm scared for Harry and Ron. Harry's like a brother and Ron is my brother. I'm just as scared. But I know that if I was there with them, I wouldn't be able to help them at all."

"Sure you would have," Hermione said. "You just need to be able to think of spells and hexes right off the top of your head and then be able to shield yourself quickly after saying that hex."

"Yeah," George said. "That's not easy."

"No it's not," she replied as George sat down at the table. Hermione sat down across from him and just looked at him. "But once you've mustered the ability to think the spells and not speak them out loud, it makes it so much easier to do."

"I was never good at that," George said. "If I was with them, I probably would have been killed off rather quickly."

"Don't say that," Hermione said in a shaky voice. "Please never say that again."

George nodded his head and they sat at the table in silence for a while, just looking around the room and drinking their water.

CHAPTER 3

About an hour later, Fred walked upstairs and into the kitchen where he found George and Hermione just sitting at the table drinking water. "Water?" he asked. "Why not butterbeer or a firewhiskey or something with taste?"

"Maybe because Herms is in a very critical state?" George said as he looked at his brother. "Like we want her drunk when she's on the verge of crying." Hermione took a sip of her water and just looked at the two of them. "Come on. If Ginny was like this and Herms' age, would you give her a firewhiskey?"

"NO WAY MAN!" Fred yelled as he took a swig of his firewhiskey. "She's our sister. I wouldn't even give her a firewhiskey if she wasn't heartbroken!" Fred shook his head and sat down next to Hermione. "So...Everything's stocked downstairs and it's all locked up. Should we go home now or should we stay for a little bit?"

Hermione ran a hand through her hair as George and Fred kept conversing. She didn't say a word. She sighed here and there but besides that, nothing came out of her mouth. Her eyes kept looking around the room as she sat there. 'George is right. If I believe that they're alright then they will be alright,' Hermione thought. 'But what if something happens?' a stronger and louder voice in her head seemed to say. She shook her head and then tried to empty her mind but those words kept flowing through her mind. 'What if something happens?' she thought as Fred and George kept talking.

"HERMIONE!" Fred yelled. "Hello? Anyone home?" He waved a hand in front of her face and tried to bring her back to them.

"What?" she asked. "Sorry. I wasn't listening."

"Obviously," Fred said.

"Do you want to stay here for a little bit longer and maybe just walk around Diagon Alley or do you want to go back to the Burrow?" George asked.

"I don't care," she replied emotionlessly.

George shot Fred a worried glance and then looked back at Hermione. "We really can't decide. Why don't you tell us what you want to do?"

"I really don't care," Hermione replied sounding a bit agitated.

"Well...At least the emotion's back," Fred said with a laugh. "Why don't we all just go back the Burrow?" He looked over at Hermione expectantly but all she did was shrug. Fred's shoulders dropped as he looked over at George. George just sighed and stood up and then helped Hermione up. Then with three loud CRACKs, the three of them appeared in the Weasley's kitchen.

"Well...I expected you three to be home much later," Ginny said as she took out three more plates and started to set out more place settings. "Dinner is going to be in about an hour." Hermione nodded her head and left the room to go up to Percy's old room where she was staying. "Didn't help at all?" she asked.

"Not at all," Fred and George said in unison.

"I swore it would have," Ginny replied. "I don't get it. I'm not even as upset as her and it's my brother and ex-boyfriend who I know is going to ask me back out once this is all done."

"She's been through everything with them since their first year," Fred said.

"She helped Harry get to the Sorcerers Stone in their first year and if it wasn't for her, Harry and Ron wouldn't have known that the Basilisk was getting around through the pipes in their second year. If it wasn't for her and that Time-Turner thing they never would have been able to save Sirius and Buckbeak and if she hadn't helped Harry with a few things then Harry never would have won the Triwizard Tournament. She had helped him with keeping the prophecy away from Voldemort and she tried her best to help Harry last year with everything that was going on. I don't exactly expect her to be happy with Harry and Ron gone without her when she has helped them through everything over the years," George explained as he looked at his younger sister. "It's not that she just misses them, it's also the fact that she feels worthless because they didn't let her come."

"How do you know all this?" Fred asked.

"When you know everything that Harry, Ron, and Hermione had done over the years, you can just tell how she feels now. I mean how would you feel if you had helped your best friends out since you had met them and then when something huge happens, they don't let you come?" George asked them.

"That would suck," Fred said.

"I'd feel horrible," Ginny said with a hurt expression on her face. "I better go talk to her. You two finish setting up the table."

"Yes ma'am," Fred and George said sarcastically in unison as Ginny ran up the steps to Percy's room.

CHAPTER 4

Ginny slowly walked into the room and saw Hermione just sitting on the bed rather rigidly. She took a few steps towards her and then stopped and looked at her. She looked at Hermione and swore that she was almost stone. "H-Herms?" she stammered. Hermione turned her head and looked at her. "G-George says that the reason why you are extremely upset is because you feel..."

"Worthless, thrown to the side, degraded, deserted," Hermione said emotionlessly. "I can't get in touch with them at all because owls are too risky and they left Godric's Hollow. That's the reason why I'm back...Ron was supposed to come back with me but he found a way to talk Harry into letting him go with him. They both said no to me because it would be too dangerous. AS IF I'VE NEVER LOOKED DANGER IN THE FACE!" Hermione still sat rigidly as she stared at her reflection in the mirror across the room from her. "Do you know how it feels to be casted aside when you know that they could use your help out there when they're doing something extremely dangerous?" Ginny just shook her head and sat down next to Hermione. Hermione stood up and walked over to the mirror where she had placed her wand in front of. She picked it up and looked at her reflection. Raising her wand, she pointed it at the mirror where her hair was being shown and said a cantation. It bounced off the mirror and hit her hair making it sleek and straight. She turned to face a startled looking Ginny and just sighed. "It's not fair..."

"Is your hair going to stay like that forever? It looks really good!" Ginny said as she stood up and walked over to Hermione.

"Yup," Hermione replied. She looked over at Ginny and then ran a hand through her hair. "I'm thinking of dying it but I don't know."

"Why don't you go ask Fred and George," Ginny replied.

"Good idea," Hermione said with a smile on her face as she walked downstairs to the kitchen. Fred and George turned around and looked at her with their mouths gaping open. Hermione ran a hand through her hair and smiled. When she had gotten home, she had changed out of her hoodie and baggy jeans and then put on a tight tank top and tighter jeans. "I have a question for you two," she said. They nodded their heads just looking at her. "Should I dye my hair? And if I should, what color should I dye it?"

Fred didn't say a word as he just looked her up and down but George walked closer to her with a shocked expression. "Don't," he replied.

"OK," Hermione said as she turned to leave the room. She walked up the steps and then looked at Ginny as she blushed.

"Why are you blushing?" Ginny asked. "Oh God. You don't have a crush on Fred or George do you?" Hermione blushed a redder shade. "NO! No...What about Ron? You can't like Fred or George!"

"Shh," Hermione said. "It's just that I've never gotten looks like that before and George treats me with a lot of respect. Ron never really did that until he had finally asked me out. George listened to me when we were in the store and their apartment, Ron never really did. It was always Harry that did."

Ginny tried her best to stifle a giggle. "Oh my God. You have a crush on George," she said through laughs. "Sorry. I'm sorry. I really shouldn't laugh at this should I?" At this point, Ginny was turning red from laughing so hard and she was beginning to cry. She took a few deep breaths and looked at Hermione. "OK. I'm done."

Hermione rolled her eyes and looked at Ginny. "No you're not," she said as Ginny burst into another fit of the giggles. Her body was shaking as she laughed.

"What's going on up here?" George asked. Ginny started to laugh harder.

"Nothing," Hermione said as she felt her cheeks grow hot. She looked over at Ginny who laughed even harder as she saw that Hermione was blushing.

"Are you OK?" he asked as he looked from Ginny to Hermione and then back at Ginny who was still suffering from the giggle fits.

"Perfect," Hermione and Ginny said together. Ginny took in a few more deep breaths and looked over at Hermione. Hermione looked at Ginny and then they both started to crack up.

"What's so funny?" George asked.

"Nothing," Ginny and Hermione said together. George shrugged and walked back downstairs. "Why are you laughing?" Ginny asked.

"Because you're laughing!" Hermione replied as she took in a deep breath and stopped laughing. "What should I do?"

"Go for it," Ginny replied. "Ron might be a little shocked but..." They both shrugged and walked back downstairs to sit at the table for dinner.
