Continue story (I copy and paste from internet) – Chapter 15 - 'SAYING GOODBYE IS THE HARDEST THING (DRACO/HERMIONE)’

CHAPTER 15

“And these are The Dark Lords orders!” Lucius snapped.

“So forget him! Come with me, Lucius. Please!” Narcissa was desperate, “Our only son!”

“I REFUSE!” Lucius roared turning his back sharply on her, and swept away down the side of the bushes, Amycus and Fenrir following closely. “In a week.” He said quietly to them.

Back at the castle…

The Common Room had emptied. Hermione and Draco entered, they hands still intertwined.

“I wish things were how they used to be.” Hermione said quietly.

“You mean me calling you a Mudblood everytime we met on either side of the corridor?” Draco laughed.

“To how things were last year. It was the easy way around things, I guess now, it’ll be a lot harder.”

“Only the first day back and already I’ve had enough stares to last a lifetime.”

“Still, we’ll get through it together.” Hermione wrapped her arms around Draco.

“And if we don’t, and it goes wrong?”

Hermione stroked the side of his arm with one finger, “I’m not thinking about that yet…”

She smiled and kissed him lightly, and he returned it more deeply. Hermione could have stood there, wrapped up in Draco’s warm arms safely, forever, but she knew the time would come soon that he might have to leave her for good. Hermione allowed herself to be pushed backwards onto the double suite next to her, her lips never moving from Draco’s. The next thing she knew, complete exhaustion had washed over her, and she was curled up in a warm ball…
